NEW FOR MAY 2013 DALLAS COMIC CON: 

Starting with this May convention, we will no longer be using ‘group’ numbers to manage autograph lines. This new process should keep things simple, and be easier for new fans to understand. We also have eliminated the ‘Priority’ benefits. 
We do expect that some of our guests will have lines long enough to warrant special line management. The process for controlling these lines will be achieved with your admission ticket type. VIP pass holders will have first access to these autograph guests, followed by General Admission (GA) customers as time allows.
 At the entrance to our signing rooms will be a board with the current ticket type(s) allowed into the queue. First VIP, then GA.
 Additionally, VIP customers will have four "Jumps". The VIP "Jump" process will allow you to enter a dedicated "VIP jump" line for select autograph guests (William Shatner, Nathan Fillion, Richard Dean Anderson, Jason David Frank, Kevin Conroy, John Noble, and John Romita Jr., which will have priority over ALL other customers in the regular queue for that particular guest (including VIP who have entered the regular queue. You MUST be wearing your VIP wristband and have an available JUMP remaining on your punch card to enter the JUMP line. This will be most effective if you choose to enter an autograph line later in the day when the queues are full of general admission customers. You will have your Jump card punched when you enter the Jump queue. If both the JUMP line and regular line for a given actor is full, volunteers will take five customers from the VIP JUMP and one customer from the regular line until the VIP JUMP line is clear. Please note: 
The photo op lines will not have a jump queue and all customers are first come, first served.
