WHAT: Serving Dallas area fans since 1994, the Dallas Comic Con: Sci-Fi Expo hosts Texas’ biggest pop culture event for fans returning from all over the world!

BOX OFFICE: Friday 1:00pm-8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-7:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm.

EVENT HOURS: May 17-19, 2013 Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm,

Saturday 11:00am - 7:00pm, Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm.

PARKING: The facility charges $5/car to park. Irving Police will be directing cards to grass lots across the street, then to area lots and garages as needed. Shuttles will be provided for the extended lots.

1)You can purchase admission tickets at the convention door while supplies last.

2)For this event, we are utilizing wristbands for admission (No admission badges). However VIP customers will receive a souvenir badge and lanyard along with their admission wristband.

3)Where do I get celebrity photo op tickets? You can purchase a professional photo op of you with many of the actors at the event while tickets last.

4)How do I get autographs? Most guests charge a fee to sign memorabilia. Actor autograph charges as they are communicated to us are posted here.
5)I’m a VIP, do my kids need VIP tickets? No, but there is something to be aware of: Kids will have access with their guardian/parent. However, kids will not have a reserved seat in the VIP section for the Q&As.

6)All cosplay weapons and large bags must be checked at entrance and tagged ok by the Irving Police Department. Weapons policy here.

7)For our disabled guests, we will have an entrance staffed and marked for easy entry during general admission entry times. In addition, we will have an allotment of reserved seats in our main Q&A room available on a first come, first served basis.
8)Sorry, no pets allowed, only certified service animals allowed in building.

9)Sorry, no skates or skate shoes allowed in building.

We were informed early Friday morning that Nathan Fillion’s has cancelled his appearance due to health reasons.

We will batch refund customers with pre-registered Nathan Autograph or Nathan Private Q&A tickets next week. Customers with Photo Ops can either exchange their photo op at the event, or get a refund from the photographer directly.
