Fan Days III Auction Hosted by Steve Sansweet

You'll want to check out the auction event Saturday hosted by Steve Sansweet. Steve will be bringing a number of Skywalker Ranch goodies you can only get out at Lucasfilm's company store and maybe even some unique items from Lucasfilm marketing and licensing. Net proceeds for these items will benefit the official show charity, The PKD Foundation, (Polycystic Kidney Disease).  In addition to this, Steve has promised to bring a couple of things from his massive collection to auction off.

We expect a number of donations for the auction with 100% of proceeds going to PKD. One special item is a custom unique autographed acrylic display prepared for signings with James Earl Jones, Hayden Christensen and Dave Prowse, and given as gifts to Rebelscum.com team members. There are only 18 of them and this is #16.

Others will include a pair of the rare French Reunion II Pewter Medallions, including a very rare GoldPlated version. These, along with 12 Star Wars Celebration IV, 12 Celebration Europe and 12 Celebration Japan Medallions make up the entire run of medallions produced for and distributed at these four Celebrations. It will be up to you to get the other 36 Medallions, but none are harder to get than the French Reunion pair. With any luck we may even get some of the Celebration Medallion sets to auction off. As the show trading cards are so popular, look for full sets of the Fan Days I, II and III trading cards to be included, and an uncut sheet of cards from this years event as well as a very rare signed George Lucas autograph card which we expect will generate a bunch of interest to autograph card collectors!

We are anticipating being able to have about 50 items during the auction. If you will attend and have a special or unique item you'd like included in the auction, please contact Dustin Roberts, for consideration. Items should be Star Wars collectibles, not common items. Hand-made items that are unique often do well in this type of auction. If selected, you may set a reserve and % over that you which to donate to the auction, if any.

You will of course be expected to pay for your item at auction close. We will take credit cards for auction payments. For sellers, we will submit your net payment at the show if we receive payment for your item in cash. If by credit card, we will mail payment the Thursday after the show.

For all items not benefiting PKD 100%, there will be a 5% buyers premium, 100% of which, minus credit card fees, goes to charity. The PKD Foundation is a 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1) public charity, however tax deduction claims should be discussed with your tax advisor.

All actors and artists are subject to professional commitments. Check the site before traveling for any last minute updates.
