  1. 3)All co-splay weapons must be checked at entrance and tagged ok by Irving Police Department. Weapons policy here.


  1. 4)For our disabled guests, we will have an entrance staffed and marked for easy entry during general admission entry times. In addition, we will have an allotment of seats in our Q&A rooms on a first come, first served basis. Disabled guests are not guaranteed a seat in the panels and cannot line-jump the autograph or photo op lines (unless they have a VIP wristband). 


  1. 5)Sorry, no pets allowed, only certified service animals allowed in building.


  1. 6)Sorry, no skates or skate shoes allowed in building.

After completing your online ticket purchase, you should have received an electronic barcode ticket to the email address you use during the purchase.  Print this ticket and bring with you to the event to exchange for your passes.  Our barcode stations will open Friday 6pm-7pm, and starting Saturday at 8am, and Sunday at 10am.
